5 Steps to Integrate Our Self-Service Kiosk with Heartland POS

  1. Log-in to Heartland Restaurant Portal 
  2. Once logged in, if multi-unit merchant, select the desired location at the top right hand corner of the screen, once logged in.
  3. Press the menu button (top-left hand corner), you should see a list of options, select “integrations”
  4. You may see a list of integration options, if EZ-Chow is not listed, create an integration. Press the “New” button (right hand corner of screen)
  5. Select Integration Type of API, and Integration Partner, “EZ-Chow”, select Save. Please provide us the API Key (by copying and pasting using your mouse)

EZ-Chow can now begin the onboarding process of communicating with the Heartland POS.
