Neither of our platforms (POS integrated and non-integrated) require the use of tablets to take orders.
Do I have to use a different credit card processor?
No, we can use your existing processor with our various gateway integrations. If you are interested in using a separate processor, we can provide multiple cost-effective processing options.
Which POS systems do you integrate with?
We integrate with a variety of POS systems including Micros 3700, Oracle Simphony 1, Oracle Simphony 2, NCR Aloha, Positouch, PAR Brink, xPient, Squirrel, Heartland, Focus and more. All integrations are not equal, and our integration goes bi-directionally (to store/from store), therefore allowing us to provide real-time operational information to management, not only just “injecting” orders.
Do you offer delivery for our customers?
We offer a delivery solution which utilizes your own in-house drivers. We also offer the ability to integrate with local and national couriers to offer 3rd-party delivery. For 3rd-party courier delivery orders, orders would still go through your EZ-Chow developed ordering channel, but the delivery is performed by the 3rd party courier, resulting in a significant savings for you as the merchant.
Is there flexible reporting?
Yes, we have a wide array of standard reports available; and if you have the integrated solution, the EZ-Chow data flows into your POS reports as well.
Do I need a POS system to use your platform?
No, you don’t require a POS system or any specific system. We do integrate with multiple POS systems including Oracle Micros, Oracle Simphony, NCR Aloha, Positouch, Squirrel and more. However, with our non-integrated platform, we can support any existing system.
